Albert A. Tedeschi

Westerlo - Albert A. Tedeschi, 97, passed away on December 27,2021 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of Angelo and Margaret (Policastro) Tedeschi. He was a WW II Vet serving with the US Marines, in the South Pacific (1942-1945). He worked 37 years as an Engineer for New York Telephone Company and was a very active member of the Albany Society of Engineers.

He lived with his late wife, Barbara (dec. 2000) in Westerlo for 64 years.
He is survived by his 3 sons, Francis J. (Lucy) Tedeschi of Miami, FL, Charles G. Tedeschi of Westerlo, NY and Albert T. ( Elizabeth) Tedeschi of Lebanon, NH; one sister-in-law, Helen Curtin of Winston-Salem, NC: and six grandchildren, Matthew (Maria) Tedeschi of Westerlo, NY, Gregory (Lisa) Tedeschi of Springfield, NH, Stephen (Jennifer) Tedeschi of Strongsville, Ohio, Lorin Tedeschi of Park City, Utah, Barbara (Craig) Mclivee, Bechtelsville, PA. Tiffany Tedeschi, Watervliet, NY, Frankie Tedeschi (dec.). Also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He was predeceased by his son, Robert L. Tedeschi.

A funeral will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 @ 11 am. Friends are invited to visit with Albert’s family from 10 a.m. prior to the service in the Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, Altamont, NY 12009. Interment, Cyril’s Cemetery, Rotterdam NY.
