Brian R. Hoover

Brian Hoover (51) died unexpectedly on June 7, 2024, at his home in Albany, NY. He had a 30-year career as a maintenance worker.  He was known and appreciated for his unique sense of humor.  

He is survived by Carol Hoover(mother), Debra Hoover and Pamela Fleischman(sisters), Althealin (Amber) Hoover and Jillian (Alyzalin) Hoover(daughters), Evelyn (Clover)Marquez(granddaughter), Zachary Murray(nephew), Austin Sisson(nephew), Laura Sisson(niece) Chase Spendiff (nephew), Danielle Susan Fleischmann(niece), and former wife Diane Hoover.  He was predeceased by Charles Hoover(father), Laura Rivenburg(grandmother) and Nicholas Michael Fleischmann(nephew). 

He enjoyed bonfires, long walks, the outdoors, a wide variety of music, and playing guitar. He adored the Family cat, Fred. He also enjoyed cooking, especially a bbq even in the rain sometimes, scrapping metal,  and fishing. 

Family and friends are invited to visit with Brian's family in the Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, Altamont on Monday June 17th from 5-6pm.
