Knox - Charlotte Tubbs, 73, died suddenly on Sunday November 13, 2011. Born on September 11, 1938 in Petersburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn Webster. She is survived by her husband of 48 years Lewis E. Tubbs, Sr.; three children Kathy (Leon) VanWormer, Pamela (Dave) Raynsford, Tammy (Thomas) Krueger; six grandchildren Stacey Zappia, Heather Travis, Donald Filkins, Lisa Brown, Nicole Greklek, Danielle Krueger; three great grandchildren. Charlotte is predeceased by her son Lewis E. Tubbs Jr. Friends may call Wednesday, November 16, 2011 from 4 PM to 8 PM at the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Helderberg Ambulance PO Box 54 East Berne, NY 12059.
