Helen G. Staats

Helen G. Staats died peacefully at home on Friday, July 15, 2016. She was born in Salem, MA on June 3, 1920; she was the daughter of the late Percivil and Emily (nee Gochee) Howard. She is survived by her daughters Connie Moretti of Berne, NY and Nancy Moody of Tallapoosa, GA; her grandchildren Brian Quay, Kristine Hackel, Steven Quay, Anthony Moretti and Cherie Hornsby; sixteen great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild. Helen was predeceased by her husband C. Robert Staats. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 1-3PM at Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main St. Altamont, NY with a service to follow at 3PM.
