Janet Heacock

On Wednesday, April 16, 2014, Janet (Vrooman) Heacock, beloved and loving wife of Ashley “Lee” Heacock and equally beloved and loving mother of Elizabeth, Lindsey and Amanda was taken from them and us all much too soon. Aside from her immediate family Jan was loved and revered by numerous friends and acquaintances whose lives she has touched and brightened throughout her 61 years. Jan was always ready and willing to dispense her vibrant personality, caring nature, and nurturing sensitivity upon the world with her unbound and unselfish joy of love and life. We will all remember her this way and keep her in our thoughts and prayers forever and ever. Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Friday, April 25, 2014 from 5-8PM at Fredendall Funeral Home 199 Main Street, Altamont, NY. A service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 11AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 140 Maple Ave. Altamont with interment at Albany Rural Cemetery.
