Joseph J. Charon

Guilderland - Joseph "Jeff" Charon, 60, died on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 after a long illness. He was born on December 15, 1949 in Schenectady, son of the late LLyod and Mary Charon. He worked for over 30 years at VF Connors as a sheet metal fabricator in Local 83. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Carol Charon; three children Jonathan, Mary Ann and Geoffrey M. Charon; two grandchildren who he loved and cherished Cynthia Leonard and Kevin Charon; an Aunt Helen Bailey as well as nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 5, 2010 at 12 PM at Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont, NY, followed by an interment in Vale Cemetery, Schenectady.
