Judith A. Freeman

ALTAMONT – Judith A. Freeman, a lifelong resident of Altamont passed away quietly at home of Friday November 14 2014. She was born on December 8th 1939, the daughter of John and Ruth (nee Barker) Armstrong. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Arthur Freeman in 2004. She is survived by her sons Robert and daughter in law Teresa, son Scott Freeman, devoted partner Frederick Bergman, sister Cynthia Kabissa and brother in law David, her aunt and uncle Ella and Charles Armstrong, and her aunt Dorothy Armstrong. She retired from St. Peter's Hospital as a nurse in 2005. She worked with the Altamont Rescue Squad and was a member of the Altamont Fire Department, ladies auxiliary. Calling hours will be held at Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont NY on Tuesday from 5-8PM. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday November 19 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Altamont NY. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Albany NY.
