Karen G Gonzalez

Karen Grace Alberti Gonzalez, 70, died Thursday November 6th peacefully at home. Karen was predecceased by her loving husband of 50 years, Joe in 2011 and her youngest daughter Susan in 2008. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Gonzalez of Lee Massachussets and JoAnn Gonzalez-Carr of Spring Hill Florida, four grandchildren, Lindsay, Samantha, Anthony and Nicolas, two great grandchildren, as well as many cousins, nephews and nieces. Karen was the youngest child of Chester and Elsie Higgins Alberti, and was predeceased by her sister Thelma of Stone Ridge NY. Karen leaves behind a brother Robert of Windham and sisters Theresa Sacco of Newport News, Virginia and Geraldine Cook of Rhinebeck, NY. Karen also leaves behind her faithful little dog Cricket who always made her smile. Karen was full of adventure, which she enjoyed sharing the past few years with her special companion, Bud Osborn. They enjoyed numerous trips together including California, Florida, and camping. Karen will be missed by all of those who knew and loved her outging personality, the laughter she inspired whenever she was around her loved ones and of course we will all miss her wonderful cooking.
