Kenneth A. Rivers

Guilderland Center - Kenneth A. Rivers Sr., 69, died on Monday January 17, 2011 after a long illness. Born on March 29, 1941 in Albany, NY, he was the son of the late Charles and Edith Rivers. He worked as a hair dresser, for many years at the Guilderland Center Nursing Home. He was a longtime member of Helderberg Reformed Church, where he served as a Deacon. Kenneth is survived by his wife Rocsanna Rivers; 4 children, Roseanne (Jim) Palumbo, Kimberley Ann Zupan, Alesia Dawn Rivers, and Kenneth A. (Nancy) Rivers Jr.; many grandchildren and several great grandchildren as well as his sister Roberta Frampton. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Helderberg Reformed Church, Guilderland Center. A private interment will be held in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
