Lois D. Champagne,74, passed away peacefully at the St. Peter's Hospice Inn on September 17, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents Zora Stone Champagne and Gerald Champagne.
She was a graduate of Guilderland High School. She was a member of Knox Reformed Church. She was employed in retail for many years including owning her own art supply store in Rotterdam and finally for 17 years as a deli clerk in The Golub Corporation.
Her hobbies included creating art; reading books, especially mystery novels and about WWII. Her favorite teams were the New York Mets and New York Giants.
She is survived by very close friends and caregiver Stacey Wright (Berne) and Thomas and Sandra Pratico (Rexford) as well as many friends in the local area. She also leaves behind Buddy, Sissy and Joy.
