Dittmar, Lois M. - Middleburgh

Lois Marie (Cross) Dittmar of Middleburgh passed away peacefully in Albany on Tuesday August 6th 2024

Born in Broome, New York, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn Porter Cross.

Lois was a graduate of Berne-Knox- Westerlo high school. Lois was a long-time employee and enjoyed her career with the USDA in Albany.

Lois is survived by her daughter Eleanor (Terry) Graves of Middleburgh, Grandchildren; Beth (Ceejaa Scutt) Graves of Esperance and Andrew (Erin Evans) Graves of Middleburgh and her Great granddaughter Katrina Graves. Additionally, Lois is survived by her brother Gerald (Barb) Cross of Berne. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to Lois's parents, she was predeceased by her son Arthur Dittmar and siblings Garland Cross and Anna Mae Garrett.

Family and Friends are invited to visit with Lois's family Saturday August 17th in the Fredendall Funeral Home 199 Main Street, Altamont from 9-11am with a prayer service immediately following the visitation. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Berne.
