Margaret Alle

July 2,201 Windham,NY Margaret Alle,71 died on July 1,2010 at St. Peter 's Hospital, Albany NY. She was born on May 29, 1939 the daughter of Walter and Dorothy Alle in Ashland NY. She was a retired elementary school teacher in the Greenville School District for 36 years. She was an avid quilter and was a member of Make it Sew Quilters Guild. Much of their work has helped various charities and organizations in need. They had provided quilts for returning soldiers, premee babies and the homeless. She truly loved to quilt. She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Dorothy Alle. She is survived by her brother Elwood, her niece Teresa Lee Alle, Jimmy, Chrisy, Gary and Kerri Thorington,her aunts Ruth Kelder,Dorothy Hanley and Dorothy Case. She is also survived by many cousins. Calling hours will be held at Decker Funeral Home, Windham,NY on Monday July 5,2010 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Tues. July 6, 2010 at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery Ashland NY. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice.
