Marlin B. Dillenbeck

Princetown- Marlin B. Dillenbeck, 89, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2008. Mr. Dillenbeck was born in Delanson, NY on December 14, 1919, the son of Meade and Florence (Baker) Dillenbeck. He was predeceased by his wife Evelyn on November 1, 2004. He is survived by his children, Marlene Zink of Glenville,NY, Larry M. (Diane) Dillenbeck of Duanesburg, NY and James M. (Lucille) Dillenbeck of Saratoga, NY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren. Mr. Dillenbeck served in the US Navy during World War II. He retired from GE after 42 ½ yrs, where he worked as a machinist. A memorial service will be held Monday, January 26, 2009 at 12 noon at the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont, NY. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 11-12noon. Interment will be Schenectady Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Mr. Dillenbeck to the American Heart Association, or the American Cancer Society.
