Rosemary Tubbs

Knox - Rosemary Quay Tubbs, 81, died on Tuesday December 13, 2011 at St Peter's Hospital. She was born on June 9, 1930, daughter of the late Daniel and Bertha Quay. She is survived by seven children Carol (John) Denton, Sally Tubbs, Kathy (Ron) Hempstead, Peggy (Ron) Fish, Lori (Scott) Marra, Lindy (Mike) Slingerland and Jamie (Cathy) Tubbs; a daughter in law Ruth Tubbs; 25 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; a sister Helen (Walt) Coulter and a brother Richard (Tita) Quay She is predeceased by her husband Merlin Tubbs who died in 1969; son Tom Tubbs; an infant daughter Mary Viola Tubbs and her brothers Thaddeus, Donald, Robert and James. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday December 17, 2011 at Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont, followed by an interment in Knox Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday prior to the service from 10 AM to 1 PM.
