Ruth V. Masick

Schenectady, NY- Ruth Violet Masick 88, died on Oct.6, 2011 at Clare Bridge of Niskayuna. She was formerly of Schenectady, NY. She was born on January 1, 1923 the daughter of John and Ruth Connine in Ware, Ma. She was predeceased by her husband Vincent and her son Donald F. Masick. She is survived by her sons, Vincent R., Lawrence R. and his wife Joyce and James P. and his wife Donna. He is also survived by 9 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, a brother Robert Connine as well as a daughter in law Nancy Masick. Ruth served in the U. S. Army as a registered nurse during WWII. She was a homemaker and a long time member of the Princetown Evangelical Church. Calling hours will be held at Fredendall Funeral Home 199 Main St. Altamont, NY 12009 on Tuesday Oct. 11, 2011 from 10am-12 noon. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home, at 12 noon. Interment will be in the Old Stone Fort Cemetery, Schoharie, NY
