William F. Engel

Summit- William F. Engel, Jr. of Summit, NY and Toms River, NJ, went to rest with the Lord on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. Mr. Engel was born on July 22, 1941, of the late Mary Louise and William F. Engel. After graduating from Albany High School, he served in the Navy from 1959 to 1965. After his discharge, Mr. Engel completed an auto mechanics course and worked at Red Star Freight Line, NIMCO and ARC of Bergen County, NJ. Mr. Engel is survived by his wife, Nancy Rollenhagen Engel; his daughter Lisa Christine Engel; two sons, Howard and William F. Engel III; six grandchildren. Services will be held at Rock Road Chapel, 96 Rock Rd., Berne, NY at 10:30AM on Saturday, October 24, 2015. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. Engel's memory to Rock Road Chapel or Northeast Kidney Foundation, 501 New Karner Rd., Suite 6, Albany, NY 12205
