Obituary for William Michael Haines DOD 2-24-2010 From Decker FH Windham NY Please run in Friday 2-26-10 edition Windham - William Michael Haines 58,died on Feb. 24,2010 at Albany Medical Ctr. He was born on Sept. 19,1951 the son of Leonard and Marie Haines in Stamford NY. He is survived by his wife Gail (nee Welch), his sons Peter and Martin, grandson Chase , his mother Marie, his brothers Ron, Leonard Jr., Patrick and his sisters Pam Tilp and Tracy Tilearcio. Bill was a plumber and was currently working at the Lowes Home Center in Catskill, NY. He was an avid historian and loved the mountaintop. Calling hours will be at Decker Funeral Home, Windham, NY on Sun.Feb. 28,2010 from 2-4 &6-8 pm. A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home at 3:00pm. Interment will take place at West Kill Cemetery in the spring.
